Ode to West Wind

 

This poem is written by P.B Shelley in the thinking of life & death. Before telling about the poem let me first tell you what does “Ode to West Wind” mean.”ODE” This word usually uses in poem when it is being written in the form of song or lyrics. “WEST WIND” it describes that an imaginary channel or wind which is coming from London.

Now, let’s talk about whole poem what are they saying in their lyrical/poetic language. In this poem poet wants to tell us that when anything becomes destroyed by someone/something it does not only destroy but they give a new life to them.

For example a leaf who lived their life as time passes its end also get closer, their colour changes from green to brown but tree itself cannot tear away from it so that here wind helps them. When wind blows brown leaf gets away from tree and tree becomes alone but after a few days a new leaf grows.

This show us that life & death is a reality and part of us. It also shows us that we don’t die we just re-grow/rebirth 

Impact Of Social Media On Youths!!!

 

As you know that Social media and social sites are giving their significant contribution in our daily life.

First of all when we hear from anybody the word "SOCIAL MEDIA" only one thoughts came in my mind: a virtual place or world to meet new people to see new places & to learn new things, etc.

We all know that everything has a positive as well as negative impact.First let me tell you the negative impact of social media so that when I will tell you positive one you won't deny that negative can be turn into positive. In earlier time when social medias were not invented Adults and children were spending their times with their family and friends; I'm not denying that in today's time people are not spending their time with their family & friends, They do but just to show off on social media. In earlier time people were closed to their family whenever something happens to their family or surroundings (neighbour's), or any accident happens they tried to help. In Today's time 10 out of 1 people came to help them and rest just  click the pictures and post on their social media's account for publicity; they also say that they helped them but in reality they didn't do anything. Social medias and sites have one more big drawbacks & Loopholes is that; These are vulnerable means to say that it can be hacked or data can be steal easily.

If these problems get solved then I'm sure that social medias & sites won't have any loopholes.

Lets talk about some positive terms:-

When social media were not invented we were not able to know or not able to learn new things easily or cheap price. In Today's time we can learn anything we want by social sites.

We can also define social media & social sites as a Virtual World where we also live our life. when social media were not developed we were not able to see new things and that's why 10 out of 9 people curiosity did not awaken in people for learning new things and visiting new places.

Q. Why we need Social Sites?

* It helps us to contact friends, our family no matter how much they far from us. Through social media we can talk to them digitally means to say that on video chat.

 * It has a great impact and role on our education. Through social media sites we can learn ourselves without going far from home or without any personal tutor. Yes, we can learn without tutor we just need is to focus.

* It helps small businessman a lot in improving or expanding their businesses to their customers. Without social sites their business will be limited to his area.   

The Postmaster

 

The story “
The Postmaster” was written by famous Bengali poet Rabindra Nath Tagore. In 19^th century. Through this story poet wants to show us that love cannot be always physical towards anybody whether they are girl or boy. Love can be sometime spiritual or sometimes can be just pure or positive(selfless) like our parents or siblings do.

Now , the story starts like that in 19^th century when India was slave of Britisher’s rule. There was a postmaster who has been transferred to Ulapur far from his home Calcutta. But, after a few days he has been fallen sick continuously. Because of the change of place means to say environment or water didn’t suit him. So, he wrote an application to their senior to transfer them to their old place or to other place. But every time his application got rejected. There was a girl who used to do small work like giving tea and all that; Her name was Ratna; but The postmaster doesn’t like that because her age was not compatible for doing such works. So , The postmaster offers her to do study, He will pay their fee. Ratna agrees with it but at one condition. She will stay with him and will do house work also like cleaning and caring of his health. The postmaster didn’t like that condition but for her better future he had no choice so he agrees with it.

After sometime when The postmaster has been fallen continuously sick. He again wrote an application to their senior for the last time but again his application got rejected. He was very angry and frustrated of being rejected again and again. So, he left (resigned) the job and go to their home.

When he was going Ratna requested him to take her with him. She also wants to go, if he left her alone  whom will she call Dada whom will she talk.

As Ratna was a young girl (teenager) Postmaster couldn’t take her to their home cuz he knew well that people will say different types of talk and thoughts to each other behind their of the relation between them.

  

Write a summary of the poem "LOVE" written by George Herbert ; Critically explain the summary and the theme of this poem.

Through this poem "LOVE" poet wants to say that none of them in the world is pure even God also. Once in life people do mistake  they did sinful things. Good or bad things are the part of our life and it is a reality. We cannot escape from these such things because if we didn't do any mistake we won't learn and never know that what is Right or what is Wrong..!

Through this poem , poet also wants to say that God's love towards us is pure and priceless they don't expect anything from us ; They just want one thing from us to do we go on Right Path, like our Mom & Dad do.They just love us selfless.

That's why in this poem God said to soul that his all sin has been taken , Its  his body who did wrong not his soul also God said that "when we accept the mistakes we did in the past that time our soul become pure" and now his body has been destroyed so now he is pure.

We are the child of God , They know well that what and who we are !
